Mr. Ahmed, who was Deputy General Manager, takes over from Michael Williams who, after 5½ years with NBF, is leaving the bank to become Chief Executive Officer of the International Bank of Qatar, Doha.
Mr. Ahmed, who has been Deputy General Manager at NBF for 6 years, commented: "We wish Michael every success in his new endeavour. NBF has a great team and is in excellent shape. We are well placed to continue our growth and build on our solid foundations".
