Emirates scoops the Award for Best Airline Inflight Entertainment with its "ICE" system for audio and video programming.
Singapore Airlines (KrisWorld) takes 2nd place, ahead of Virgin Atlantic (Vport) in 3rd position.
Commenting on the results, Peter Miller of Skytrax said "this is a major mark of success for Emirates in what has become such a fiercely competitive market. These Awards are about the total quality of inflight entertainment that airlines provide to their
customers, and passengers have clearly indicated this year that choice, control and technology are now an integral IFE product expectation from a top quality airline."
