UAE based professional selected for international Who's Who

Providing leadership, direction, and guidance in the conduct of day-to-day operations of MHAO Group, Mr. Prabhakaran serves as its Chief Executive Officer. As the most senior executive officer of the Group answerable to Chairman Mohammed Hareb Al Otaiba, he is responsible for directing and promoting all aspects of the profitable operation and development of the Group consistent with the primary objective of enhancing long-term shareholder value.

Leveraging nearly a decade of training, extensive practical experience and qualifications and an astute grasp of business, Mr. Prabhakaran furnishes the vision and motivation behind the Group's success and its good reputation. Action-oriented and totally involved in daily activities, he is also in charge of devising and defining business objectives and strategies that achieve efficiency, economy of operation and maximized bottom line profits.

Beginning his association with the Group in 2005, he brings with him a profound knowledge of sales, marketing, technical prowess, strategic management and engineering skills to solidify MHAO's position as one of the most influential locally owned business houses in the United Arab Emirates.

Prior to joining the group, Mr. Prabhakaran served as General Manager of BAFCO and manager of design and sales with GEMACO. Client-oriented and result driven, he is responsible for ensuring that appropriate objectives, policies and strategies are adopted for each of the divisions of the Group, that appropriate budgets are set, that their performance is effectively monitored and that guidance or direction is given where appropriate.

Abiding by the highest standards of personal and business ethics, Mr. Prabhakaran has been able to develop and gain the complete trust and confidence of management and employees in his leadership and clients in the products and services supplied by the Group.

Tracking key business drivers, providing realistic and timely forecasts, and assuring the financial health and well-being of the Group also fall within the realm of his leadership functions.
