Etihad fleet to total 14 aircraft

Abu Dhabi based Etihad Airways will have 14 aircraft by the end of the year, and last week took delivery of its eighth aircraft, a leased A330-200 which made its maiden flight from Abu Dhabi to Frankfurt. Five new Boeing 777-300ERs will be delivered before the end of the year which are financed through a $450m syndicated loan led by HSBC.
