Seminar on construction law and dispute resolution held in Abu Dhabi

Al Tamimi & Company - Advocates and Legal Consultants recently held a two-hour presentation in Abu Dhabi on a number of legal aspects of construction related disputes resolved by way of arbitration or litigation in the UAE.

The speakers at the presentation were Essam Al Tamimi, Antonios Dimitracopoulos and Shahbaz Khan.

As one of the largest law firms in the UAE with specialised expertise in construction related dispute resolution, the speakers provided an analysis on litigation, local arbitration and on frequently arising relevant issues of UAE law, with particular emphasis on Abu Dhabi.

The seminar was held on Wednesday, 22nd May 2002 at the Hilton Hotel, Abu Dhabi. Relevant materials and literature were handed out. After the presentation, lunch was served.
