HP announces Emitac honoured with 2005 Software Channel Excellence Award

The annual award, now in its eighth year, recognises partners in Europe, the Middle East and Africa (EMEA) that demonstrate leadership in HP OpenView and HP OpenCall software sales, implementation, customer service, and joint solutions development.

This year's awards were presented at the HP Software Business Perspectives 2005 conference held last month in Rome, Italy, where more than 400 HP software partner delegates were in attendance, representing the entire EMEA region. The conference provided updates on HP OpenView and HP OpenCall strategy and included demonstrations, peer-level discussions, networking opportunities and customer implementations.

HP OpenView Channel Excellence Award

Primarily focusing on key enterprise accounts, Emitac has been instrumental in the success of HP OpenView in the UAE. Thanks to a dedicated HP OpenView team for sales, pre-sales and marketing, Emitac enjoyed an excellent performance in the fiscal year 2004. Furthermore, forecasts suggest double digit growth in 2005. Emitac is an HP OpenView Platinum Business Partner.
