Alshamel celebrates launch of Bahrain office

Alshamel Travel, a leading name in the regional travel and tourism industry, has officially launched its new branch in Bahrain, announced Chairman of Alshamel International Abdulrahim Al-Awadi.
"Alshamel specializes in every aspect of the travel, tourism and aviation industry, ranging from airline tickets, hotel bookings, car hire and travel technology. Moreover, Alshamel remains the fastest-growing travel management company in the Middle East, boasting the top position in the Kuwait market in regards to sales and revenue," Al-Awadi continued.
"As part of our ongoing expansion, Alshamel Travel now has branches in five other countries, with new locations set to open in Jordan, Iraq and Saudi Arabia by 2006," Al-Awadi said.
Also celebrated at the event was the launch of Alshamel Holidays.
Based in Dubai, and with offices in Kuwait, Qatar, Egypt and Syria, Alshamel Holidays services clients across the region and as far a field as the UK and the USA, providing wholesale travel services for group and individual travel through an inventory of 7,000 properties in most countries across the world.
Trade customers can log onto the Alshamel Holidays-dedicated website www.alshamel.ae for rates information and the reservation of hotels, cruises, tours and car hire, in addition to other travel-related services.
"At Alshamel we work hard and perform at the highest levels in order to make our services to you in line with international standards, continuing to make it difficult for our competitors to match," Al-Awadi continued, addressing approximately 100 attendees from the local aviation and travel industries.
Alshamel Travel and Alshamel Holidays Bahrain are both located at Manama Centre, Government Avenue.
