BankMuscat, is planning a multi-million dollar global depository receipts issue after receiving Oman Central Bank approval last week, according to the Times of Oman. Details of the proposed issue are not available but analysts expect it to be not less than $100m. BankMuscat, which has assets of more than $12bn, is in the process of expanding its operations in the region through BankMuscat International.
