The technology developed by eTicketsNetwork.com displays the detailed seating plan of the concert venue and enables customers to simply point and click online on the seats that they want to buy. These can then be purchased online through credit cards and the tickets delivered via courier.
eTicketsNetwork.com provides ticketing services for concerts, dramas, theatre, fashion shows and sports events in several leading arenas, stadiums, performing arts venues, museums, and theatres worldwide.
According to Sharad Agarwal, CEO of Cyber Gear, the company that developed the portal, "Event organisers can configure the seating arrangement of the venues and allocate the seating numbers and denomination of tickets all within a few minutes. The auction module allows event organisers to sell all the tickets and ensure a full house for their events. The use of the web technology will make the task of selling tickets online more streamlined and profitable."
eTicketsNetwork.com also includes an 'Affiliate Partner Program' that allows partner portals to sell tickets through their web sites and share revenue based on performance.
