SITA SC and INS join forces in best-of-breed alliance

SITA SC, the only global communication services integrator dedicated to the travel and transportation industry (TTI), present in the Middle East & Africa for over 50 years, and INS, a global provider of vendor-independent, business and technology consulting services and software solutions, today announced that they have joined under a master cooperation and licensing agreement to provide TTI companies with a broad range of technology-based professional services, managed services, and network software solutions.

•IPT Rapid Assessment: determines whether the infrastructure can support a converged solution, or requires changes necessary to fully support voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP).
•Call Center & Voice Consolidation: improves service quality and resource utilization, reducing costs and improves operating efficiencies.
•IPControl software: improves IT infrastructure operational efficiency and service levels by automating IP address management and DNS/DHCP server configuration.
Additional offerings will be developed by SITA SC and INS to address the market as the alliance evolves.
