$44m Erum Sports City tower

Pakistani group Erum Developers has launched a $44m residential project, Shami Tower, in the Dubai Sports City, part of the Dubailand theme park. The 17-storey tower will have 198 apartments. Officials told Gulf News that Erum has bought two plots in the Sports city and is negotiating on a third in the Dubai Marina.
