The procedure is very simple, practical and fast. A dedicated number for check-in by phone (04-2244425) is available only for passengers traveling without luggage, which will help customers to save precious time. Calls can be made maximum 5 hours and minimum 1h30 before departure.
Passengers must present themselves at the dedicated check-in counter maximum 45 minutes before departure to get their boarding pass.
