Hill & Knowlton will work with the Doha-based campus of Weill Cornell University to develop and implement the program, which encompasses all aspects of WCMC-Q's external communications.

WCMC-Q has signed an initial 12 month agreement with Hill & Knowlton. The retainer agreement was reached after Hill & Knowlton conducted a benchmarking audit of WCMC-Q's communications and public affairs functions.
