- PRESS RELEASE
Estarta Solutions announced today that it received two awards from Microsoft for its outstanding performance in implementing, and training its team for, Microsoft Business Solutions (MBS) projects.
"Winning these awards is a motivation for our team to keep up its performance standards and acquired skills to better service our clients regionally", comments Ennis Rimawi, CEO of Estarta. "Our experience in implementing Microsoft business solutions helped our clients so far reach optimum results in enterprise resource planning", adds Rimawi.
One of Estarta's largest implementations of Microsoft's enterprise resource planning was at an enterprise client in Qatar, where Microsoft's GreatPlains was deployed to help streamline and consolidate the organizations financial and business processes, thus allowing more informed business decisions. Based on client feedback, and Microsoft's follow up, Estarta was selected to win the Best Performance Award from Microsoft's North Gulf office. The second award came from Microsoft East Mediterranean office in recognition of Estarta's commitment to train and grow its MBS team members' skills and capabilities for better servicing its clients.
The company is sensing the market needs for business solutions that provide managers of various organizations with the tools for better visibility and control over financial and business processes. Estarta is also becoming a specialist in implementing Microsoft's Customer Relationship Management solution, which is also part of MBS.
"The rollout of the two awards is a milestone achievement for Estarta as we gear our efforts to the enterprise resource planning and customer relationship management business", says Rimawi. "Our clients will sense our dedication through the steadiness and professionalism of our team's efforts", adds Rimawi.
