Mannai/GTS partnership for Qatar's ERP industry

Mannai Corporation has announced its strategic partnership with GTS, UAE to pursue the Oracle eBusiness Suite opportunities in Qatar.
Mannai and GTS being the only Oracle Certified Advantage Partners in the market, means true expertise from Oracle Corporation in implementing the Oracle eBusiness Suite, can be brought into Qatar.
Addressing an elite group at a seminar held at the Diplomatic club on Wednesday the 29th of June, the Senior Manager-IS of Computer and Office Systems at Mannai, Mr. Moni George, said that the alliance was chosen with a view to provide a range of services and benefits to the eBusiness Suite customers in Qatar. Together, the team has worked out solutions in this space that eventually favor the customer on the price front as well as with a host of value added services. Speaking on the occasion Mr. George reiterated the commitment from Mannai in terms of local support and the shortest possible resolution time. This, he added, is not possible for any company outside Qatar to accomplish since Mannai have a large number of functional and technical Oracle resources locally available in order to cater to the client's support issues.
Also, Mr. Ram Mohan, General Manager of GTS had presented their capabilities of delivering industry solutions based on Oracle eBusiness Suite. Some of the major industries include Government, Oil & Gas, Banking and Property segments. GTS has implemented several large projects across the Gulf region for major customers like QASCO, QAFAC, Woqod, MB Petroleum in Oman, Petrolube (ARAMCO Subsidiary) in Saudi, Damac Properties in UAE, Bahrain Pension Fund and Public Warehousing Corporation in Kuwait. With this extensive experience, GTS brings rich functional and domain experience and best business practices for the Oracle eBusiness Suite clients to the Qatar market. GTS has won the best performance award from Oracle M.E for the last 2 years consecutively, based on the addition of new customers and the satisfaction of the existing customers. In order to provide consistent and quality service delivery, GTS has attained SEI CMM Level 4, one of the highest accreditations for software quality assurance in this region.
The team has expressed their optimistic views about addressing the forthcoming opportunities in Qatar for the Oracle eBusiness Suite. According to them the newly crafted formulations would help them to achieve success in the shortest time possible. Also the team has immense plans in starting awareness programs among the customers in Qatar.
