Mannai/GTS partnership for Qatar's ERP industry

Mannai have stated that this alliance with GTS would enhance the offerings for the customers in the Oracle eBusiness Suite segment.

Mannai and GTS being the only Oracle Certified Advantage Partners in the market, means true expertise from Oracle Corporation in implementing the Oracle eBusiness Suite, can be brought into Qatar.

Addressing an elite group at a seminar held at the Diplomatic club on Wednesday the 29th of June, the Senior Manager-IS of Computer and Office Systems at Mannai, Mr. Moni George, said that the alliance was chosen with a view to provide a range of services and benefits to the eBusiness Suite customers in Qatar. Together, the team has worked out solutions in this space that eventually favor the customer on the price front as well as with a host of value added services. Speaking on the occasion Mr. George reiterated the commitment from Mannai in terms of local support and the shortest possible resolution time. This, he added, is not possible for any company outside Qatar to accomplish since Mannai have a large number of functional and technical Oracle resources locally available in order to cater to the client's support issues.

Also, Mr. Ram Mohan, General Manager of GTS had presented their capabilities of delivering industry solutions based on Oracle eBusiness Suite. Some of the major industries include Government, Oil & Gas, Banking and Property segments.
