Keith Higley joined Mannai Corporation in March, 2001 and successfully led the restructuring of the Group and its return to profitability.
Khalid Mannai thanked Keith Higley for his invaluable contribution to Mannai over the last 4 years and was pleased to announce that Keith will remain associated with Mannai following his forthcoming appointment to the Mannai Corporation Board as a Director.
Mr Khalid Mannai congratulated Peter Rush on his appointment as CEO.

The Chairman of Mannai Corporation, Mr. Khalid Mannai, today announced that Keith Higley will be retiring from his role as Chief Executive Officer of Mannai Corporation as planned on 30th June and that Peter Rush, the present Head of Operations at Mannai, will take over as CEO on 1st July.
