Polaris PR is the lead agency for LG Electronics in the Middle East and Africa region and provides communications support for the LG brand across the Gulf from its Dubai headquarters. For consistently generating a high share of voice for the LG brand in the GCC, Polaris won the silver and gold PR awards from LG's Middle East and Africa Operations in 2004.

Polaris will implement a hard-working media relations programme as part of LG's overall global strategy to be positioned as 'a company that constantly pursues innovation in order to provide solid benefits to customers'.

"I think Polaris Public Relations has come up with all the needed answers to the needs of LG Electronics in Lebanon," said Mr. Y.G. Choi, General Manager of LG Beirut, at the final presentation meeting.

"I believe that Polaris Public Relations will give a lot of advice to LG Electronics on how to best carry out social responsibility in Lebanon," added Mr. Choi.

"We're delighted to join hands with Polaris PR in Lebanon and look forward to a highly constructive and creative partnership," said Mr. Hamad M. Malik, Director of Marketing and Corporate Communications, LG Middle East and Africa Operations. "Penetrative, on-message communications play a critical role in bringing the LG brand to life for customers in the region, and they depend on quality consultancy."

"Polaris's integrated approach will add value to LG's ongoing brand building efforts in the region, and support us in raising the bar for product quality, sophistication, choice and customer service," he added.

With its regional headquarters in Dubai and offices in Jeddah, Amman, Casablanca and Beirut, Polaris Public Relations handles a clientele portfolio ranging from telecommunications, IT and banking to hotels, automotives and more.
