Demand for car rentals increases in Bahrain

Mr Jacob Thomas, General Manager of Budget Car Rental, recently signed a lease agreement with Y.K. Almoayyed & Sons B.S.C. (c), the landlord of the Almoayyed Tower, in the presence of Cluttons LLP the managing agents for the building.

On signing the lease, Jacob Thomas, General Manager of Budget said "Budget, in its 24 years of being in Bahrain has gained a reputation as a market leader by leading the way in customer service and innovation in the car rental business. The company recognises the demand which is growing from customers in the Seef area, and consequently aims to be innovative yet again in offering the convenience of a local office for those customers."

The new branch in Seef will be conveniently situated on the ground floor of Almoayyed Tower's shopping mall and will offer the same high level of customer service currently enjoyed by customers of Budget's two existing branches at the Bahrain Commercial Complex and Bahrain International Airport. The branch will look to offer the same working hours as the Bahrain Commercial Complex branch which is open 7 days a week from 8.00 a.m. until 7.00 p.m. Saturday to Thursday and 9.00 a.m. to 12.00 noon on Fridays. While the branch at Bahrain International Airport is open 24 hours a day.

At the signing of the contract with Budget Car Rental, a representative of Cluttons LLP speaking on behalf of the landlord said "We are pleased to welcome Budget Car Rental to the Almoayyed Tower which is fast becoming the heart of the Seef Commercial district. There is now a great demand in this area for such a service and we feel sure that the office will be an instant success."
