Palm Jumeiriah villa and apartment buyers have been informed of an additional 12-month delay to completion which will now be in November 2006. Their 20% June 2005 payment has also been split into 10% in November 2005 and 10% in June 2006. Developer Nakheel is telling customers the delay is to ensure completion is to the highest quality.
