HP's innovative line-up of photo-printers and scanners enable customers to maximize on the HP experience

As part of its innovative line up of products targeted at small office and home office (SOHO) customers and portrait photographers, HP has unveiled the advanced and technology driven HP Scanjet 7650 Document Flatbed Scanner and the HP Photosmart 8753 Professional Photo Printer, designed to ensure high levels of productivity and professional results at an affordable price.

The HP Photosmart 8753: professional quality and fade-resistant colour



The HP Photosmart 8753 Professional Photo Printer is designed for social/portrait photographers and serious photography amateurs who need to be able to print in various formats up to borderless A3 for gallery sales, exhibitions, duplicates and enlargements.

The HP Grey Photo cartridge uses three inks light, medium grey plus photo black to deliver true neutral greys and smooth transitions. Print photos will last over 100 years under glass and over 200 years in an album.

The Photosmart 8753 also offers professional HP colour management tools to print rich colours compatible with Adobe RGB and sRGB as well as easy management of ICC profiles for accurate colour control. In addition, a wide variety of colours can be reproduced with 9-ink printing system and it offers consistent quality with drop weight encoded cartridges. Photographers can also print photos with smooth transitions and accurate skin tones with HP Grey Photo inks that deliver tone neutrality.

With capability to print from up to five different workstations or laptops, it also offers options that include producing matt, satin or gloss prints with or without borders in sizes and formats up to A3+ and loading different papers and sizes into front and rear input trays using bypass tray for one-off prints.

HP Scanjet 7650 Document Flatbed Scanner: optimizing speed and efficiency



The HP Scanjet 7650 allows high-quality unattended scanning at up to 12 ppm with built-in 50-sheet, duplexing auto document feeder with preview scans in about six seconds with fast warm up and ISIS driver included for easy integration into document management solutions.

Users are able to convert hard copies into digital files quickly and easily with auto duplex document feeder and scan unattended up to 12 pages per minute using 50-sheet automatic document feeder as well as load documents and scan both sides using built-in duplex capability. It also provides the options of viewing preview scans in six seconds with fast warm-up and transferring scans via Hi-Speed USB.

The Scanjet 7650 captures clear text and ensures the finest detail in scanned images with 2400 dpi optical resolution and 48-bit color. In addition it offers quality results from documents, photos, negatives and 3-D objects as well optimizes speed and efficiency with included productivity software and drivers. With efficient document management, users are able to edit, organize and archive digital document files quickly and easily with included ScanSoft PaperPort and NewSoft PageManager software packages.
