Emaar Properties has issued a reminder to shareholders to turn up for its extraordinary general meeting on Saturday July 16 at 5.30pm at the Emirates Towers Hotel. The EGM is to approve the 1:1 rights issue and the raising on the limit on foreign ownership to 49%.
