Samsung's Information Technology Division provides world-class training to channel sales staff in GCC

Samsung Electronics, the leader in digital convergence technology, today announced that it has successfully completed its first round of training for channel partners in GCC countries.
Mr. K. H. Koh, General Manager, IT Division, Samsung Gulf Electronics said: "The sales training was organised keeping in line with our ongoing commitment towards educating and empowering the channel sales force in the region. We conducted the sales training programs for our printer and monitor channel partners in Qatar and Kuwait, and the resellers' cooperation and active participation was very encouraging."
"Samsung always believed in providing world-class training to its partner community and sales people, as they are the primary interface for our customers, and play a vital role in helping them make the right decisions," said Mr. Lancy Menezes, Sales and Marketing Manager, Digital Printing division, Samsung Gulf Electronics.
"The training got a sensational response, which was also due to the unprecedented and prominent features of the recently launched line-up of award-winning multifunction printers and 'response time accelerator' monitors." Mr. Menezes concluded.
