Damac tenders 82-storey tower

Damac Properties is about to invite tenders for its largest project so far, the 82-storey Ocean Heights tower in Dubai Marina, reported Gulf News. This $411m tower brings the total number of Damac towers under development to 20. When completed the $2.2bn worth of projects will house 5,000 people.
