Malecon appoints new Restaurant Manager

Malecon, the trendy Cuban restaurant at Dubai Marine Beach Resort and Spa announces the appointment of Chadi Al Khichen as the new Restaurant Manager for their Dubai outlet.
According to Mark Turner, owner of Malecon, "The combination of the two qualifications and Chadi's extensive experience as restaurant manager of some of the most happening outlets in Lebanon makes him a valuable addition to the Malecon team."
Chadi has worked as restaurant manager for the Fashion Bar Beirut as well as with Peppermint Lounge in Beirut and Aishti bar. In his current position at Malecon, Chadi is responsible for all marketing related activities and entertainment events. He will also play a crucial role in ensuring diners get the very best of the Cuban experience through the ambience, food and entertainment offered at Malecon.
In addition, Chadi will also be responsible for sourcing and providing new clients with the most updated and accurate information with regard to entertainment activities and corporate packages offered for group bookings and special events at Malecon.
Chadi looks forward to working with award winning chef, Gustavo Agreda, Sous Chef Adrian and his team at Malecon.
