Lloyds TSB Dubai launches new Customer Service Centre at Arabian Ranches

Leading Dubai based bank, Lloyds TSB Dubai, has launched a new Customer Service Centre at the Arabian Ranches development.
The service centre is staffed by a team of three and will be open seven days a week from 10 am to 10 pm. Cheque deposit boxes and two ATMs located at the centre will allow customers to deposit cheques, withdraw cash and make cash deposits 24 hours a day.
Giles Cunningham, Regional Manager, Lloyds TSB, UAE & Gulf states said, "We are committed to provide better service, value and banking convenience to all our customers. We are delighted to have found such a prime location for the launch of our first Customer Service Centre in Dubai. The centre will be staffed by Lloyds TSB representatives to advise existing and potential customers on our full range of products and services. It will include a home loan section offering mortgages on pre-approved Dubai properties, a car loan section and offer advice on offshore and private banking products".
He continues," This office will be a new point of contact with our customers and will offer the convenience of flexible banking hours, adequate parking spaces and easy access. Customer Service Centres represent a new channel of distribution for our products and services and will go a long way to meet the banking and financial services requirements of our customers. The centre at Arabian Ranches will complement our existing main branch, a landmark building on Al Wasl Road. This is the first in a series of similar centres we are planning to open in different locations over a period of time."
The Dubai branch of Lloyds TSB is housed in a custom built landmark building, located on Al Wasl Road in Jumeirah. Lloyds TSB Dubai employs 160 people and provides customers with access to a range of personal banking services and products including market leading auto and home loans, credit cards, personal loans, current and savings accounts, and fixed term deposits. Lloyds TSB Dubai also offers easy accessibility to telephone banking and secure internet banking 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
