DWTC launches employee suggestion scheme

Dubai World Trade Centre recently launched the employee suggestion scheme called 'Bright Sparks'.

This scheme is designed to encourage active participation of all employees in preparing creative ideas and suggestions to improve efficiency, enchance communications and help create a more positive work environment.

Also launched was "DWTC Times", a newsletter that is designed as a vehicle to promote inter-organisational communication. The newsletter features news items as well as developments within the organisation.

These initiatives are part of the DWTC's ongoing improvement programme implemented under the ISO 9001:2000 standards. DWTC was awarded the ISO 9001:2000 certification for implementing a world standard quality management system across all its varied fields of activity that include venue management, exhibitions organising, property leasing and catering services.
