Roaming deposits annoy users

Etisalat has come under fire from users over the Dhs2,000 deposit it requires for GSM roaming services, according to Gulf News. The deposit was recently reduced from Dhs5,000 for post-paid GSM phones but there is apparently no mechanism for a refund to existing customers.
