Motivate Events, organisers of Home Owner Dubai 2006 and Home Owner Gulf 2006, to be held 26-28 January 2006 at the Madinat, Arena, Dubai, have launched a series of investment seminars and courses where investment leaders will provide an unprecedented opportunity to get up to the minute investment strategies and information on the best opportunities in the UAE, GCC and internationally.

"Getting results for our customers has allowed Home Owner Dubai to become the UAE's number one provider of education for private property investors. More than 9,000 people have attended our free seminars since their inception in 2003" said Simon O'Herlihy, General Manager, Marketing, Motivate Events at the launch of the events. "Property is a poorly understood and communicated investment area. Our aim is to change that - to de-mystify property investing"

"You can make money in property and in all kinds of markets. Indeed no other vehicle has consistently helped investors make money. If you are committed to using property investment as a vehicle to create both short and long-term financial security you need to find out what how other successful people have done it and just copy their strategies" continued O'Herlihy. "To be successful however, you need to from a team that includes a cooperative moneylender, a finance broker, a real estate company, an appraiser, a lawyer and people you can go to for mentoring. The Home Owner Dubai Property Investor Seminars will help those attending form that team."

Trends have seen UAE property buyers match global tendencies, as investors move away from 'local' acquisitions towards a combination of "home" and remote destinations. Until recently many UAE investors bought locally, or in their country of origin, but are now increasingly exploring globally attractive markets. As well as the more traditional investment opportunities Lebanon, Bahrain, Oman and Saudi Arabia posses all the fundamentals to make great property investments. They are developed nations, both in terms of economics and infrastructure. They are also seen as pillars of stability which attract many individuals from across the region and beyond. This demand when combined with the limited size of the cities and increasing international demand, points towards strong upward pressure on property prices.

"HSBC Bank estimates that there is $42.5 billion worth of projects under construction in the UAE, compared with $20 billion for the rest of the neighbouring oil states put together. Unlike the stock market, property investment is open to investors from around the world and some commentators have said that the region is in the middle of a double decade of phenomenal growth and the best decade is yet to come" observed O'Herlihy.

O'Herlihy continued, "Our seminars put detailed, specialist knowledge into the hands of private property investors. This allows them to get into property investment quicker and smarter, minimising financial outlay and maximising capital returns. The seminars are aimed at the beginner to the experienced and, as an added bonus, FREE OF CHARGE. Whether you are an investor, broker, mortgage lender, contractor or landlord, you are welcome to attend if creating wealth using property is your goal".
