MTC mobiles to cover north Iraq

Kuwaiti group MTC and Iraqi partner Atheer said it was preparing to expand its coverage to the north of Iraq. The consortium originally won a concession in the south but has since extended into the central region. Officials said Iraq was a huge potential market when violence ebbs.
