Al Habtoor Motors strives so you can drive away with free packages

The company's new promotion marks its first tactical implementation of its new corporate identity and entitles its customers to free insurance and service packages during Dubai Summer Surprises.
Al Habtoor Motors's new strategy is as straightforward and effortless as it sounds whereby the company can immediately attend to the needs of the customer who simply wishes to get the best deal possible on the best car possible in order to drive it the best way he can.
Ms. May Hassan, Marketing Manger at Al Habtoor Motors, commented by saying: "We wanted to steer clear of big extravaganzas during this DSS and, instead, offer our customers something substantial that is strictly about providing the best driving experience possible, be it in terms of service, insurance or parts."
The DSS promotion was the company's first tactical implementation of their "We Strive, You Drive" strategy. While competitors normally opt for freebies related to lifestyle and recreation during DSS, Al Habtoor Motors has ensured that its prizes directly relate to providing the best driving experience.
Al Habtoor Motors's two-month DSS promotion applies to individual purchases of Mitsubishi vehicles whereby the customer fills a raffle coupon upon every purchase of a Mitsubishi passenger vehicle. At the end of the promotion, four lucky winners will win a Mitsubishi Nativa each by way of the final mega draw on August 31, 2005. Also during the final draw, twenty Mitsubishi customers will walk away with twenty free insurance packages that are valid for one year.
Additionally and during every day of the promotion, every Mitsubishi purchase will entitle its customer to a free service package. For instance, The Mitsubishi Lancer that is purchased during DSS from Al Habtoor Motors will provide its owner with a free service up to 20,000 kms while the Magna, Outlander, Nativa and Grandis will land their new owners a free service up to 30,000 kms. The Mitsubishi Pajero 3.00 & 3.8- L WB & SWB come with a free service of up to 40,000 kms and 50,000 kms respectively.
Mr. Ahmad Al Habtoor, President of Al Habtoor Motors, concluded by saying: "The new 'We Strive, You Drive' strategy will be translated across all the departments of the company in order for us to provide better customer care during and after the actual purchase.
We are in the process of revamping what is tangible like our showrooms and car service and what is not tangible like our customer service in order to ensure that our striving is from the inside out. We want to make sure that all which will be newly implemented such as the new toll-free call centre will help our customers drive away with the best deals possible- deals that will allow them to enjoy their cars long after they purchase them."
