The first release of homes on June 14th sold out completely in 45 minutes. The second release was transacted through a random selection process from 21,000 prospective purchasers who had previously registered with ALDAR.
"We had originally planned to release this development in 4 phases" However, due to the unprecedented demand at the first release, we combined our planned 2nd and 3rd phases together. This second release of villas has now been allocated and sold to those customers identified in the random selection process undertaken on 5th July" said Adel Al Beraiki, Sales and Leasing Director of ALDAR.
ALDAR's Al Raha Gardens is the first property development to be offered for sale in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi. Conceived as a fully integrated and gated community comprising residential accommodation ranging from apartments, spacious multi bed roomed townhouses and villas, shops and schools set in the tranquil haven of an open park and landscaped environment.
The final release will comprise a mix of apartments and commercial spaces to compliment and complete the community development ideology. Current plans are for this final release to be instigated in the last quarter of 2005. Construction activities are scheduled to commence in the next six weeks.'
