- PRESS RELEASE
Hertz Jordan has completed a significant expansion of its car rental fleet, already the largest and most modern in the Kingdom.
Najati Shakhshir, general manager of Shakhshir Rent a Car said, "We're committed to establishing and maintaining one of the most modern car rental fleets in the region, to make sure our customers have the widest choice of new and reliable vehicles."
The fleet expansion is the latest in a series of recent developments involving Hertz car rental services in Jordan. In July, Hertz Jordan launched a new website, www.hertz.com.jo, which gives visitors the chance to plan their own personalised tours of the Hashemite Kingdom.
Among a wide range of car rental services available through the website is a car and driver touring programme linked to Jordan's major historical sites, which uses drivers speaking a variety of languages, who are specially-trained to make touring an interesting, enjoyable and comfortable experience.
In August, Hertz Jordan opened its 12th car rental branch at the Sheraton Amman Al Nabil Hotel & Towers. It was the third new Hertz car rental branch to be opened in Jordan this year.
