Syed Junaid Alam invests in staff

20 Bahraini employees at Syed Junaid Alam successfully completed a 3 -day intensive training course to further educate and enhance their standard of work and performance.

The 3-day training course, held at the Crowne Plaza Conference Hall, was conducted by a Customer Services Specialist in the perfumery business to further educate the staff with respect to enhanced customer services and extensive product knowledge.

'Training Programs that encourage and enhance the skills of nationals are an ongoing process at Syed Junaid Alam all year round. We invest in our staff for they are our most important asset,' commented Hamad Fuad, Operations Manager Syed Junaid Alam.

At this stage more than 60% of the workforce at Syed Junaid Alam comprises of Bahrainis whereas the company plans to recruit more nationals as part of their expansion program.

With a strong commitment to Bahrainisation, Syed Junaid Alam objectives focus on opening career opportunities within the perfumery sector for the Bahraini youth where advanced training courses and workshops are provided to those with potential on a continuous basis.
