Vertu luxury phones now available in Qatar

The expansion illustrates the rapid growth of Vertu; a company which challenged people's expectations and perceptions of mobile communications when it launched its first phone - Vertu Signature - in January 2002.

The highly acclaimed collection Vertu Ascent will be available in Qatar from July 05 from Rivoli stores.

Inspired by the design aesthetic and material of luxury sports cars, Vertu Ascent contrasts the feel of soft hand-stitched leather with hard precision-engineered Liquidmetal® alloy - a new material selected for its robust and flexible structure. The Vertu Ascent keypad alone contains over 150 different parts and the stainless steel keys, each of which sits on two jewelled bearings that are tested to over two million presses. Vertu Ascent is available in black, brown, beige, red, yellow, blue and pink.

High quality substances are going to be used in producing the collection of Vertu Ascent, including a scratch-resistant sapphire crystal face, ultra-strong highly polished ceramic, fine leather for better grip and jewelled bearings that are fitted under each key which gives a reassuring click each time the key is pressed and provide it with a longer life spam.

All the Vertu range will be available in Rivoli Prestige stores in Doha.
