Computer Castle is already an Authorised Reseller for NEC in the Kingdom since 2001.
This new appointment has been confirmed by interFRONTIERS Services Ltd, the Regional Business Development Unit for NEC Computers for the Middle East & Gulf region.
Under the terms of the new agreement, Computer Castle will provide in warranty services for all NEC computers product & solutions while also maintaining the capability to provide services outside the stated warranty period.
NEC clients throughout the Kingdom can contact the NEC Service Organisation through a toll free number (800 119 9111). Computer Castle technicians will be in a position to respond to all service requirements including on site help for NEC desktops, NEC servers & NEC storage and notebook services at the company's dedicated premises.
Lenia Iacovides, Managing Director of interFRONTIERS commented on the appointment: "Appointing local service centres is a natural next step in supporting our customers in the Kingdom".
