AGMC opens a first of its kind multi million Dirhams body and paint repair shop for BMW, Rolls-Royce and Mini

AGMC, the exclusive importer for BMW, MINI and Rolls-Royce in Dubai, Sharjah and the Northern Emirates, today announced the opening of its multi million new state-of-the-art body shop in Dubai.

"Our new body shop will enable us to serve customers more promptly. It will substantially reduce the time taken for service and accident repairs," said Stathis I Stathis, General Manager, AGMC.

"This substantial investment underlines AGMC's commitment to providing our customers with the highest standards of after sales service.

"As the only authorized after sales provider for BMW, MINI and Rolls-Royce brands, in Dubai, Sharjah and the Northern Emirates, our core mission is to deliver 'total customer satisfaction' through, our state of the art facilities and highly motivated and dedicated team of automotive professionals," said Stathis.

The new body shop which is located on Sheikh Zayed Road, can accommodate up to 50 cars at any one time and uses the very latest in technology. Additional BMW qualified staff have been recruited for the facility that will cater for all the BMW Group brands - BMW, MINI and Rolls-Royce.

The announcement coincides with the news that AGMC achieved a 15 per cent increase in BMW sales in the first six months of this year, compared with the same period in 2004. There were also a 20% increase in after sales business between January and June.

"The increase in sales has been driven by the launches of the new BMW 7 Series, BMW 3 Series and the introduction of a new engine for the BMW 5 Series," said Stathis. "We are confident that 2005 will be another successive record year for retail sales".
