Qatari limb unit for Iraq

The Qatar Red Cross is establishing a factory to produce artificial limbs in Iraq, reported Gulf News. The war to date has created an estimated 85,000 amputees and there is a desparate need for such limbs. QRC is donating $30,000 to get the project going by the end of the year.
