Summer Mania brings the world closer

As part of its innovative Summer Mania campaign, MTC-Vodafone (Bahrain), the kingdom's most innovative mobile and wireless services provider, announced an exclusive 50 per cent discount on international call rates for all its postpaid (Hewar and Blife) customers calling North America and Europe till 31st of August 2005.

"We are always intent on exceeding our customers' expectations in terms of quality and value of our services. Last summer, we introduced a series of price reductions for international calls to selected countries. Today, we are announcing further reductions to established destinations and new countries across the globe", commented Mahmoud Hashish, Chief Commercial Officer at MTC-Vodafone (Bahrain). "We are committed to making a difference and playing a positive role in the mobile industry in Bahrain and the region. Our goal has consistently been to provide our customers with the latest technologies and most advanced products with the highest standards of quality customer service."

All MTC-Vodafone (Bahrain) customers on eeZee and eeZee-Xtra products will continue to enjoy on-going special International rates of up to 20% off International calls to selected countries in the Gulf, Middle East, Asia, the United Kingdom and the United States. This reduction on international call rates was launched last year as part of the MTC-Vodafone (Bahrain)'s activities on the liberalisation of the Bahrain telecom sector.

Our eeZee International customers also continue to benefit from maximum value with 50% off standard International call rates to selected Asian countries (Bangladesh, India, Indonesia, Malaysia, Nepal, Pakistan, Philippines, Sri-Lanka and Thailand). eeZee International customers also benefit from competitive rates on national calls.

"We are thrilled to provide appropriate valuable offers, exciting features and differentiated product types to our diverse base of customers. This summer, we aim at enabling our customers to stay in touch with their travelling loved ones and family members", commented Mahmoud.

The 2005 Summer Mania programme also features monthly raffle draws with the opportunity to win amazing twin prizes when existing customers inspire their friends or family members to subscribe to MTC-Vodafone (Bahrain) mobile services (eeZee, eeZee Xtra or Hewar). All customers are entered for the remaining draws to be held on July 31st with a GRAND Draw on August 30th, 2005. eeZee and eeZee Xtra customers (both new and existing) have the opportunity to win mobile handsets and top-up vouchers in the monthly draws and 2 Toyota Camry cars at the Grand Draw. Hewar customers also stand the chance of winning twin prizes, such as two Toyota Prados, two Ebel watches, two 42" flat TV screens, 3G mobile handsets and bill re-crediting.
