- United Arab Emirates: Saturday, July 30 - 2005 at 10:04
- PRESS RELEASE
Hyatt International Corporation has appointed Mr Pablo E. Graf as General Manager of Park Hyatt Dubai, a 225-room luxury waterfront hotel due to open in August 2005.
Park Hyatt Dubai, the third property managed by Hyatt International Corporation in Dubai, will be the first ever Park Hyatt in the Middle East. There are currently only 27 Park Hyatt hotels worldwide. Park Hyatt hotels distinguish themselves as small world-class, residential style hotels, providing a luxurious and elegant 'home away from home'.
Mr Graf said; "It is a great privilege to oversee the opening of Park Hyatt Dubai, an exquisite retreat right in the heart of the city. The city centre luxury retreat concept is a first for Dubai, making Park Hyatt Dubai distinct from its hotel peers."
With over 20 years experience with Hyatt International, Mr Graf has overseen the opening of world-class hotels, making him exceptionally qualified to open the first Park Hyatt in the Middle East. Prior to coming to Dubai, Mr Graf oversaw the opening of Hyatt properties in Warsaw and Delhi; he also served as General Manager of both.
Mr Graf said; "I am extremely proud of what has been achieved with Park Hyatt Dubai. Working with internationally acclaimed architects, designers and artists, we have built a hotel with draws upon the rich Arabic and Mediterranean heritage of the region."
"With direct access to the Dubai Creek Golf and Yacht Club, Park Hyatt is in a first-class location. I am delighted to be working in such an enchanting setting, all guest rooms and suits boast stunning views across Dubai Creek from their balconies or terraces. As well as this leisurely setting, Park Hyatt is situated just minutes away from the city centre, prime shopping and business districts."
