The aim of the Award was to recognize associate's best achievements in their individual Starwood properties throughout the region. Leila's nomination is a result of her excellent control over the Hotel's rooms inventory as well as her knowledge in revenue management applications. Leila has also shown her outstanding performance by achieving the highest scores in Starwood's revenue audits and yield management.
