The dual process goes hand-in-hand with the Admission and Registration Campaign for the institution's fall semester.

Fall 2005 Sanabil applications are now being accepted for review by the University's financial aid committee. Sanabil is the university's financial aid program, a purely charitable establishment that is built upon the generous contributions of ADU and local philanthropists who strive to enhance the education standards of the country and support students whose only constraint in the face of their ambition is financial. The donations to the University allow Sanabil to offer applicants two aid options, Hasad and Qutuf. These two programs may include from 50% or 100% financial aid for all tuition, fees, books, registration and other expenses.

"At Abu Dhabi University, we recognize students who have great potential. Our strategy has always been to admit students who can add to our multitalented student body," said His Excellency Ali Saeed Bin Harmal Al Dhaheri, Chairman of the Executive Board of Governors.

"We hope to build on the foundations of our student's education by consistently providing them with all the necessary resources," he added.

The recently launched Admission and Registration Campaign is for students interested in joining ADU in for fall semester 2005. However, the University also is busy preparing for the opening of its new campus set for completion in summer 2006. Presently, 70 applications have been received and are being carefully considered. It should be noted that the University's Board of Governors is currently reviewing the existing 60% admission academic average requirement, and is considering increasing the minimum acceptance criterion to 65% in order to ensure that only the most qualified students are enrolled at the University.
