SkillSoft launches Certification Services to help organizations implement and manage professional and internal certification initiatives

Xpert Learning the regional partner for SkillSoft will offer full support locally throughout the Middle East region for this new service initiative.

Certification Services packages broadens a range of services that SkillSoft has provided to a small number of large client organizations for several years. Each certification program is customized to the needs and budget of the organization and the skill levels and learning preferences of various employee audiences.

Programs can be tailored to professional certification initiatives, such as certifications for project management, human resources, Microsoft, or Cisco, or to internal certifications such as those developed for sales effectiveness, customer service, or a new product offering. A SkillSoft/Xpert Learning program manager oversees each certification program and provides planning and implementation support, management updates, ongoing communication with learner audiences and monitoring of progress, and detailed reporting.

Certification programs are based on blended solutions and use instructor- assisted distance learning as well as self-paced, Web-based instruction. Programs can include a variety of learning resources and activities, including pre- and post-exam assessments, SkillSoft e-learning courses, online labs, mentoring, Express Guide manuals, Reference ware(R) from Books24x7(R), instructor-led review sessions, exam test preparation, and exam vouchers for certification exams.
