AGMC launches first-of-its-kind BMW 24-hour roadside assistance service

AGMC, the exclusive importer of BMW Group motor cars in Dubai, Sharjah and the Northern Emirates has introduced 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, BMW Roadside Assistance service for its customers- the first scheme of its kind offered by the motor manufacturer in the Middle East.
"Even the most reliable and durable automobile may someday need roadside assistance," said Stathis I Stathis, General Manager, AGMC. "Should this happen BMW Roadside Assistance is ready to help.
"The introduction of BMW Roadside Assistance, a unique and pace setting service in the region, reflects AGMC's commitment to our customers' complete satisfaction with the BMW ownership experience. It will save customers precious time and enhance their peace of mind, while undertaking journeys, whether on business or for pleasure."
The BMW Roadside Assistance Service is not just a breakdown recovery service. The BMW Mobile Service component will be operated by a team of qualified BMW trained mechanics who have specialist knowledge of every BMW model and will do their best to get the car moving again as quickly as possible.
If the BMW Roadside Assistance team is unable to carry out immediate repairs, they will arrange, as part of the 24 hour Recovery Service component, for the vehicle to be towed to the nearest AGMC workshop for the necessary work to be undertaken BMW Roadside Assistance is available under the BMW New Vehicle Warranty or Certified Pre-Owned BMW Protection Plan.
For BMW Service Mobile in Dubai, BMW owners should call 050 240 0066 and in Sharjah, 050 240 4343. For the 24 hour Recovery Service, the Dubai number is 050 656 0777 and in Sharjah 050 550 0419.
