E-service clinic speeds applications

Dubai Municipality's e-service clinic has been able to process more than 1,000 medical test applications a day since launching online. The service speeds up and simplifies medical test procedures required for residence visas and work permits. There are also plans for a mobile clinic and SMS alerts, whereby the Dubai Naturalisation and Residency Department will send alerts to applicants about test results.
