Wipro provides FCC Kuwait with delivery chain solution

Wipro Limited, the USD1.87 billion IT services and consulting company has successfully deployed a point of sales and service application for Future Communications Company (FCC), Kuwait.
Mr. Rajat Mathur, Vice President, International Operations, Wipro said, "The application developed by us has automated the flow of information across the stores. We are happy to note that Wipro's solution enabled FCC in expanding its business needs and deliver higher level of customer satisfaction to its end customers."
Mr. Salah Awadi, General Manager, FCC said, "We are happy to announce the successful completion of point of sales and service application project by Wipro. With its extensive integration skills coupled with expertise in Dealer Management Solution, Wipro ensured timely completion of the project with the deliverables meeting our quality expectations."
"The system has provided us an effective mechanism of managing operations through out our delivery chain. The developed application can be accessed across the organization to receive goods, automate stock movement information, capture warranty information, generate service order, automate service order information flow and transfer sales information to the application interface", added Mr. Awadi.
Wipro started its operations in Middle East region in June 2001. In the subsequent years it expanded its operations in the region to Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Oman, Qatar, Bahrain and Kuwait. Today it has built a strong customer base in Middle East.
