Study confirms leading publications in Arab world

IPSOS-Stat, one of the leading research companies in the region, has announced that it had concluded its extensive, independent study of Arabic and English publications in Saudi Arabia and UAE, to identify the leading publications with the most readerships.
Elie Aoun, Managing Director of IPSOS-Stat, pointed out that the results of the study will help all advertising agencies in planning their campaigns in according to the data. "In an era of increasing demand for accurate research statistics, IPSOS-Stat's NMA (National Media Analysis) study provides a litmus test of which publications deliver the highest average issue readership," Aoun pointed out. "Our study shows that Zahrat Al Khaleej has achieved the leadership position."
Raja Halabi, Commercial Director of Emirates Media, which publishes Zahrat Al Khaleej, said that the magazine was currently poised to further strengthen its leadership position across all Arab countries and the results of the recent study conducted by IPSOS-Stat clearly demonstrated its upward trend.
"Zahrat Al Khaleej has always enjoyed strong relations with all the advertising companies in the region. Their vital support has led us to consolidate our stature as the leading magazine that has been appreciated by all members of the Arabic family in the region," Halabi said.
Mohammed Abdulla, Head of Print at Emirates Media, explained that the results of the study were not surprising, adding that the management endeavored to ensure that Zahrat Al Khaleej maintained its leading position over other magazines with all resources being provided to ensure this.
"This unique leading position is mainly due to the efforts of the entire Zahrat Al Khaleej team of journalists and creative department in the magazine who are working round the clock to sustain its leading position," Abdulla said.
Commanding an astounding circulation of over 198,000 copies, Zahrat Al Khaleej is the leading Arabic publication in the region, with a range of quality and useful editorial content aimed at its target audiences.
Dr. Talal Tohme, Editor-in-Chief of Zahrat Al Khaleej, pointed out that the magazine was continuously undergoing improvements in content and design to meet the expectations of its readers and attract their interaction.
"For over 27 years, Zahrat Al Khaleej has stayed true to its mission - providing advice and information that its readers can trust," said Tohme. "Our editorial policy is based on providing a magazine that readers identify with themselves and appeals to all interests in the Arab world."
