At 38, Malliaroudakis has more than 17 years experience in the hospitality industry and he looks forward to the challenging - yet rewarding - times ahead at this brand new property.

Targeting mainly Jordanian, European and Gulf travellers, the stunning new property is sure to impress with its location and design. Crowning the peak of the Red Sea on the Gulf of Aqaba, the hotel boasts the longest stretch of private beach in Aqaba - with more than 300 meters of white sand.
With more than 5 years experience with the InterContinental Hotels Group this is Malliaroudakis' first role in Jordan. Previously he has worked in the hospitality sector in Greece and Lebanon.
'Being responsible for this amazing 255-room development, which provides the ultimate in luxurious accommodation for holidaymakers and business people, is a huge job but it is a challenge that excites me and I look forward to working with a well-experienced team,' said Malliaroudakis.

Lebanese and Greek national Carlos Malliaroudakis has been appointed by InterContinental Hotels Group, the world's most global hotel company, as Executive Assistant Manager at the brand new InterContinental Aqaba in Jordan.
