int@j organizes the Jordanian Pavilion in GITEX 2005

int@j, the Information Technology Association - Jordan, invited and encouraged ICT Jordanian companies to enhance its marketing efforts and to make better use of its presence on both regional and international levels, in order to promote and introduce its products, services and technical capacity.
Abuzeid stated that int@j is now preparing for the Jordanian participation in GITEX scheduled for 25 - 29 September 2005 in Dubai. Abuzeid recommended that Arab and Jordanian ICT companies should reconsider their marketing strategies to take advantage of the contemporary ICT revolution in the region that is now attracting more investments from major international companies.
In its 5th participation in GITEX, int@j will demonstrate the available investment opportunities in the Jordanian ICT sector as well as the cutting-edge technological innovations. The Jordanian pavilion will be located at Sheikh Rashed Hall which will also include eight Jordanian specialized software and services companies (Ideal Soft, Eskadenia Software Solutions, Exhortech Software Solutions, Hakaya Technologies, Globitel, Media Plus and Arabic Textware) in addition to Jordan Investment Board and the Ministry of Information and communications Technology.
"I think that Jordanian ICT companies are more capable of meeting the expectations and needs of the Arab markets than the western companies as they are fully aware of the requirements of the region. The software industry in Jordan is embarking on the track of specialization which offers more efficient and comprehensive solutions that deals with each specific sector", Abuzeid added.
