Internet slowdown to continue

Internet services will remain disrupted in the UAE for several more days, as engineers have not yet received permits from the Indian government to repair two damaged submarine cables, reported Gulf News. No indication has been given as to when the cables will be fixed. Etisalat says Internet services in the UAE have not been as badly affected as others in the region, with Saudi experiencing a much bigger slowdown.
