Zayed Foundation, $1.8m aid

The Zayed Foundation for Charitable and Humanitarian Works has entered into an agreement with the UAE Red Crescent Authority to set up charity projects worth $1.8m for tsunami victims in Indonesia and Sri Lanka. Two orphanages and health centres will be set up in Indonesia, and an orphanage and 20 residential units in Sri Lanka.
